Justification

Students will proactively utilise career centre services throughout their academic journey. Employers will participate in the university's career development initiatives and Academic departments will support and integrate career readiness activities into their programmes. This will eventually results into improved graduate outcomes which would entail significant increase in the rate and speed of graduate employment and successful entrepreneurship.
