Justification
MBS processes are largely manual and access of the services by customers is not easy due to among other factors centralised location and poor connectivity. Strengthening the ICT infrastructure will lead to automation of MBS processes thereby improving service delivery and meeting customer expectation in this IT dispensation.
Every business aims to utilize the available resources efficiently and register the maximum profits. Automation is considered as the ideal solution to achieve this end by leveraging technology to increase operational efficiency, prevent wastage, and reduce overall costs
Business process automation supports organizations to execute tasks without human intervention. By moving towards end-to-end digitalization MBS aims to reap the benefits of effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, productivity, performance, reliability, and availability in their operations.
