Justification

Transitioning from vertical programming to integrated platforms of care for service delivery. This will involve developing and implementing a strategic plan for integrated service delivery which will define and deliver integrated platforms of care and maximise synergies across programmes.

To improve the capacity and ability of healthcare workers to respond to a broad range of complex and emerging conditions, supply chains, diagnostic ability and best utilise healthcare service space.

Reduce planning, execution and evaluation inefficiencies of fragmented service delivery with more resources to put back into the health system.
