NFRA was established by a Trust Deed. Considering its strategic importance, there is need for enactment of legislation to anchor the establishment of the Agency and the Strategic Food Reserve.
To fill policy gaps and improve on existing policies for the policies to support NFRA’s attainment of its goals.
