Justification
There is increased cases of Human Rights violations towards persons with disabilities including Violations against Persons with Albinism
MACODA is obliged to investigate all reported cases and provide redress mechanisms as stipulated in the Act
There is a limited number of trained personnel in areas such as rehabilitation, supportive technology, and inclusive service delivery hence capacity development helps to address skills gap and improves service quality.
