The Commission requires an effective and responsive system to guide the handling of Complaints. The current complaints handling system and procedures will be reviewed, re-designed, digitalised. This will lead to the development of new procedures and processes of handling complaints that are simplified and user-friendly. A feedback mechanism that is fully functional and effective will be devised.
