Justification
ISO certification is as a key credibility tool, especially for external stakeholders.
Key stakeholders (partners, donors, auditors, regulators) often require proof of compliance, which is best demonstrated through internationally recognized certification rather than internal explanations.
Once certified, the organization can simply present a certificate as evidence of compliance.
Expected outcomes
MNCU’s management systems standardised, compliant, and auditable in line with internationally recognised quality management requirements.
