Justification
MANEB has experienced substantial growth in examination candidature and institutional responsibilities, placing immense pressure on its physical infrastructure. The institution lacks purpose-built office accommodation, secure examination printing facilities, permanent marking centres, adequate warehouses and modern security infrastructure. Consequently, examination materials are printed externally at high financial cost and with increased security risks, while rented marking facilities increase operational costs and reduce efficiency. Modernizing examination infrastructure will strengthen examination security, improve operational efficiency, reduce recurrent expenditure and enhance public confidence in national examinations.
Expected outcomes
Improved efficiency, security and integrity of national examination administration through modern, resilient and purpose-built examination infrastructure.
