Justification
The intervention will lead to timely submission and processing of declarations while significantly improving compliance among public officers. Secondly, it will enhance the ODPOD's enforcement of the law. Simultaneously, it seeks to reduce the cost of administering the public officers’ declaration system by at least 40 percent through the adoption of automation and enhanced efficiency gains.
